魁省新消息(新议案)

· DOCUMENTATION: Files before submission will beCOMPLETE FILES for all markets, not only MIDI Documentation List.

　　文件要递交整套材料。

　　· DUE DILIGENCE : Verification on authenticity of thedocumentation, financials , company disclosure, etc. by a third partyinternational accounting firm among the big four (KPMG, Deloitte, KPMG andErnst & Young is considered by many to insure credibility andstronger/qualified files . Cost would be handled by the non-refundable initialdeposit, see below.

　　资产审核将由第三方会计事务所来执行，(四大会计所)，费用将预收，不退。

　　· INITIAL DEPOSIT : A non-refundable 10K-30K will berequested from each candidate for doing a FILE REVIEW and DUE DILIGENCE .

　　资产审核的费用预售标准在1-3万加元之间。

　　· The initial deposit amountwill be deducted from final deposit if the file has been accepted by the brokerafter FILE REVIEW and DUE DILIGENCE.

　　如果终客人通过面试在投资时可以扣还以上资产审核费。

　　· REOPENING DATE TO ACCEPT FILES : As it was disclosedpreviously , the date of January 5th, 2015 might be changed for anearlier date. MIDI will come back on this.

　　计划2015年1月5日开放，但可能提早。

　　· Brokers recommended toaccept files immediately after the acceptance of Quebec Government AnnualBudget (Expected October 12th, 2014) . Subject to confirmation byMIDI.

　　基金们建议在10月21日魁省年度预算结束后即开始。
